OFO continues to do  great things for the veteran and first responder community. I have been fortunate enough to be selected for a few events with them and each time has been a blast. The camaraderie during these events is amazing no matter who or  where you are from. I can't wait to participate in more events and  hopefully one day assist with an event for our veterans and first responders  so I can give back to these great communities and keep supporting what OFO  does.

I have been out with  Operation Freedom Outdoors twice. The  first was a feral pig hunt. It was a night hunt and I was in a blind alone  until just after 11:00 pm. There was interaction with others both before and  after though limited because before everybody wanted get out, after everybody  wanted to get home LOL. There were no pigs harvested but they were seen.  Please don't misunderstand, that is how still hunting hogs is done. The host   outfitter was very knowledgeable with top of the line gear. Safety was   paramount. This was my very first hog hunt and I enjoyed the entire event   immensely. The second time out with Operation Freedom Outdoors was a Dove   Hunt. This trip was loaded with other vets with tons of interaction. The host  opened his home and lunch was served. The conversations with all involved was  free flowing and engaging. I was able to offer some advice and information to  a much younger vet concerning navigating the VA process. Again, no birds were  harvested but that is not the point of the outing. Loved this trip, loves  the people. Operation Freedom Outdoors puts in an incredible amount of care  and effort into everything they do. You get an immediate sense of pride and  excitement from these folks about what they do. I recommend this Non-Profit  to other veterans as often as I can. I hope to get out with them again soon.

Operation Freedom Outdoors (OFO) is an amazing organization that provides outdoor opportunities to veterans at no charge to the service member! Everyone from the donors and organizers to the guys accompanying you on the hunt are the real deal, stand-up individuals. I was blessed to be drawn for a hunt and OFO   staff/volunteers were all highly professional and relatable. They know what  being in the military takes because many of them are former military or   highly supportive of service members. They are always holding drawings for more veterans to experience the great outdoors with no signs of slowing down. I wish I could give them more stars. Thank you, Operation Freedom Outdoors!-Brad Blevins MSgt / USMC .

The amount of love   and compassion that this organization shows for vets is incredible. People  come in as strangers and not really knowing anyone. But, at the end of each  trip, we have all gained brothers and sisters. We leave as family! This is  truly a top notch organization that loves what they do and love vets for what   they have sacrificed.

This group gets it.  The best way to save a veterans life is to build a community of support  outside the service for them to rely on. People who can relate, who can guide  towards life saving resources, and people who can simply connect on another  level to help bind them to choosing life. It doesn't just stop at the   hunt.

Great organization for a great cause. Went on a bear hunt and could not have asked for more out of the camp. Met a lot of great people and had an awesome hunt with plenty of opportunities at a harvest.
